During this challenge, we focus on the basics; eliminating processed foods, sugar, and white grains. We're also going to simplify things; there's no need to track calories or macros.
We need to stop stressing about the number on the scale. Instead our goal is to focus on developing healthy habits that over time, will lead to our health and weight loss goals.
Each day you can earn points for activities related to the 3 Pillars of Health
Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 that earn the most points at the end of the challenge. If there is a tie, a drawing will determine the winners.

Anyone who wants to improve their total health.
The health challenge involves various activities where you can earn points for healthy habits. The focus is on 10 daily activities that fall under the 3 pillars of health. For example, in Caring for Body you can earn points for sleep, exercise, and eliminating unhealthy foods.
You do not have to report your weight or any other personal information unless you choose to do so. We only ask that you report points that have earned through developing healthy habits.
You don't have to eliminate anything that you don't want to. But, you will earn the maximum points, by removing all highly processed foods, sugar, and white grains.
Yes, there is some flexibility in choosing activities that work for you. For example, in care for self, you can choose one of our suggestions or something you are currently doing or would like to do. There is also an opportunity to earn points by developing one personalized goal.
Throughout the challenge you'll have the support of your nurse wellness coach. We'll hold weekly Zoom meetings where information is shared and there will be an opportunity for lots of live discussion. We'll also have a private facebook group where our community will post their weekly points and for community sharing.
This 28 day challenge to continue on the path of total wellness is $49. Scholarships are also available.
